If you want a hardcover case binding we will need additional details that this quote form is not designed for. In the drop down menu on the quote form page select if you would like Smyth sewn or adhesive case binding. We will also need to know if you want a cloth material over your binder boards, with a separate dust jacket, or if it will be a printed laminated litho cover (with no dust jacket).
